      When visiting our website, our host provider protocols, for every access to its servers, so-called "logfile" data such as the name of the retrieved website, the previously visited website ("referrer" URL), product and version information of the used browser and operating system, the retrieving provider, date and time of access, used search engines, country of access, transferred data volume, name of downloaded files, and the IP address.

      Legal basis for the respective processing of data is Article 6 (1) f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest in the storage of logfile data is based on the provision of system security including the clarification of cases of data abuse. The IP address will be deleted within max. 7 days unless it is required for a longer period of time due to a security related event, e.g. for purposes of clarification or proof.

      There is no right of revocation regarding our aforementioned processing of your personal data because the stated compelling legitimate grounds for our processing of your personal data override your interests, rights and freedoms, and because our processing of your personal data also serves the purpose of a potential establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

    2. Contact Enquiries:

      When you send us a contact enquiry, we process the personal data that we need to respond to your enquiry, such as your name, postal address and email address.

    3. Use of Platform Services:

      In conjunction with your use of Platform services, we process the following personal data which we need for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship with you or for the realisation of precontractual measures subsequent to your enquiry:

      1. Registration:

        In conjunction with your registration, we process personal data such as your name, address, email address, date of birth, your chosen user name, postal code for the area search (stored as coordinates), etc.

      2. Publication of Events on the Platform:

        Events including the Advertiser's contact information will be published on the Platform when the Advertiser selects "public" mode. The events will, however, only be visible to registered users (via an area search or other search on the Platform).

        By contrast, if an Advertiser selects "private" mode, the Advertisement will not be published on the Platform. The Advertisement may, in such aforesaid case, only be notified to Interested Parties by way of email invitation.

      3. Publication of Participants on the Platform:

        In the course of the registration, users may publish on the Platform a profile with various information (user name, first name, second name, gender, email address, postal code for the area search). Only the postal code for the area search will be mandatory information (stored as coordinates).

        Other registered users will see, in case of participation of a user in an applicable event, all profile information of such user. Users who are not registered will only see the user name, if at all.

      4. Duration of the data storage:

        Personal data which is collected in connection with the registration or profile entries is stored for as long as it takes to perform the contractual relationship (including the provision of a customer account or user profile), and/or for performance of precontractual measures subsequent to a respective request of yours, and/or to meet warranty, guarantee or similar obligations, and/or to comply with statutory archiving requirements.

      5. Legal Basis:

        The legal bases for processing the personal data collected in connection with registrations or profile entries are Article 6 (1) b) and Article 6 (1) c) General Data Protection Regulation.

      6. Others:

        The provision of the aforesaid personal data is not prescribed by law or contract. However, it is necessary to enter into the contract, i.e. to complete the registration or profile entry, if the data is mandatorily (as opposed to voluntarily) requested in the registration process and/or for the publication of your profile.

    4. Newsletter:

      When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process data to enable us to send the newsletter to you, such as your email address and name. You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by sending an email to the aforementioned contact details.
